Business and Real Estate Litigation; Construction Law; Securities Litigation; Employment Law; Appellate Mr. Larson's clients include real estate developers, entrepreneurs, construction contractors, manufacturers and numerous other businesses throughout Southern California on matters involving contract disputes, corporate dissolution, fiduciary duty claims, construction contract disputes, securities law and fraud claims. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Larson also served as trial counsel as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve. Mr. Larson was admitted to practice in California in 1995, and is admitted to practice before the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court and before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
