Mr. Larson's clients include real estate developers, entrepreneurs, construction contractors, manufacturers and numerous other businesses throughout Southern California on matters involving contract disputes, corporate dissolution, fiduciary duty claims, construction contract disputes, securities law and fraud claims. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Larson also served as trial counsel as a Judge Advocate in the United States Army Reserve. Mr. Larson was admitted to practice in California in 1995, and is admitted to practice before the Central and Southern Districts of the United States District Court and before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Lecturing and Professional Activities
Since 1999, Mr. Larson has been an adjunct law professor at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, California where he teaches courses in corporate law and professional responsibility.
